I work with organisations and individuals across five areas. All are grounded in the same thing: practical engagement that people can apply straight away.

Workshops

Workshops go deeper than a talk. I help your team understand engagement, diagnose where they are, apply the frameworks to their own context, and identify clear next actions. The session itself is facilitated — I don't lecture at people, I work with them.

Workshops can stand alone or sit alongside a keynote or consulting engagement.

I work with organisations to help them engage the people they need to — employees, customers, communities. That means diagnosing what's getting in the way, designing processes and interventions, implementing systems, and seeing it through. Not just strategy — actual change.

Sometimes organisations need someone to engage on their behalf — facilitating events, gathering stakeholders, representing them in spaces where relationships matter. I do this work directly, acting as an extension of your team.

One-to-one sessions where you draw on my expertise and experience. We look at your situation, reflect on what's working and what isn't, and find a way forward. Practical, honest, no fluff.
